    How does BZBox pick unique kits to send to me every month?

    We build your shipping queue based on the Product Quiz that you take at the beginning of your subscription. Through the responses you provide, we carefully consider your family size, product, and design preferences to pick the unique Kits that suit your needs.

    Can I see what Kits are in my shipping queue? Can I change or swap incoming product?

    Yes, and yes! Just login to BZBox and see the upcoming Kits queue in your customer subscription portal. If you see something in the queue that you would like to replace, you can easily swap it for something else within your plan.

    What if I do not find the exact Kit (with specific items) that I am looking for?

    No Problem at all. Our Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) feature that allows you to pick from hundreds of items to build a unique kit of your choice. You can buy that kit as a one-time purchase, or you can make that a subscription on its own.

    Can I send BZBox as a gift? (single item or subscription)

    Yes, you certainly can! Simply change the delivery address of an upcoming kit in the subscription portal.

    What if I do not like the product that I have received?

    Can I upgrade or downgrade plans after starting a subscription?

    Currently, we do not have an option to upgrade or downgrade an existing subscription from one plan to another plan. However, you can easily start a new subscription in the plan of your choice and then cancel the existing subscription in the plan in which you are no longer interested.

    What about Shipping?

    Shipping is always free with our Subscription plans. If you choose to make purchases outside the subscription plan, such as a one-time purchase of a Kit or if you choose to build your own bundle for a one-time-purchase, you will only receive free shipping only when the order value is $45 or above.

    How does BZBox subscription Work?

    You pick a plan, subscribe, and receive a BZBox every month to suit your needs. You can always view and amend what you receive. We do encourage you to take our Product Quiz before you begin the subscription. This will load your customized product recommendations right into your subscription queue. That way, you will receive exactly the products that match your preferences. You can always view and update your shipping queue.

    How does BZBox help me save money and time?

    With BZBox you will receive an excellent selection of carefully picked products to match your household preferences. You will pay lower than typical retail prices, free shipping adds to savings on money and time. You will always have the products you need, at the prices you love, all delivered conveniently to your doorstep.

    What if I am not ready to subscribe yet?

    We would love to have you subscribe and take full advantage of the value that our Plans provide. However, if you are still considering, you are welcome to make a one-time purchase of any kit at full price.

    Where does BZBox ship to (US States)?

    Currently, we ship to 48-Contiguous US States and DC.  We do not yet ship to the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories. We do not ship internationally.

    Is there enough variety of products for all my needs?

    BZBox carries a broad range of kits in all Plan levels to meet your household needs. We have an extensive range of School Kits for Students, Arts & Activity Kits, Home Office Kits, and more. You will have something unique to receive every month.

    Can a small business, a pre-school or acommunity group subscribe to BZBox?

    Yes, small businesses and community groups are welcome to subscribe. If your business or community group typically requires same set of products each month, we encourage you to use our "Build your own box" function to create your customized box and start a subscription on your customized box.

    What if I do not want the box monthly, you send the box quarterly (once in 3 months)?

    Currently, BZBox plans offer best value by providing a box every month. We do not have a quarterly subscription plan. But we do allow you to skip the incoming shipments without any hassle. That means you can start a monthly subscription and simply skip the box during the months when you do not need it.
